Terms of Service

These terms govern use of ShiftForge scheduling tools by authorized organizations and users.
Acceptable Use
- Use the service only for lawful workforce and operations management.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to other tenants or system resources.
- Protect credentials and notify administrators of suspected compromise.
Service Availability
ShiftForge may include demo/offline functionality that behaves differently from live production mode.
Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the correctness of uploaded and entered data, including employee and scheduling records.
No Legal or Compliance Advice
ShiftForge may provide scheduling, labor, and compliance-support workflows, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, HR, or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for validating compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to your business.
No Warranties
ShiftForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftForge and its author are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShiftForge and its author from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the service, your data, or your violation of law or these terms.
License
Use of the software is also governed by the ShiftForge Software License.
