ShiftForge stores operational scheduling data, employee profile fields, PTO requests, and availability inputs to run workforce scheduling workflows.
Data We Process
- Workspace account details (name, email, role, tier)
- Scheduling records (shifts, store assignments, staffing requirements)
- Staff self-service submissions (availability and PTO requests)
- Operational events required for auditing and compliance
How Data Is Stored
ShiftForge uses Supabase as the primary data store with row-level security for tenant isolation. Demo and offline flows may use browser localStorage fallback.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to render schedules, evaluate coverage and compliance, and support manager/staff portal workflows. We do not sell user data.
